Home invading pests such as Carpenter Ants, Pavement Ants and Rodents; stinging insects such as Bees, Wasps and Hornets; and biting insects such as Spiders, Fleas and Ticks. Also included are insects that attack our food supplies known as Pantry Pests, as well as occasional invaders such as Earwigs, Millipedes and Centipedes, to name just a few, while always keeping your safety and the environment in mind.

  • The Maintenance service begins with a thorough inspection of the home.
  • It's typically the unfinished areas of your home in which pests will first infest, breed and multiply before they're a noticeable problem in the living areas. Your Service Technician will inspect and treat those areas such as garages, accessible attics, unfinished areas of the basement or crawl spaces and the exterior perimeter of your home as well as any finished areas of your home where pests have been observed.
  • We will install or check previously installed termite monitoring systems and stakes to keep the odds on your side that if termites are on the property, we will spot their presence before any substantial damage to the home has occurred. Although we inspect for termites, the treatment necessary to eliminate the problem is not covered under this program nor is coverage for Nuisance Wildlife such as Squirrels, Raccoons, Bats and other similar creatures. Service can be provided for these pests at an additional charge.
  • If at any time during your warranty period a pest infestation should find its way around or through the preventative barriers that have been installed, we will promptly respond by scheduling a follow-up service to eliminate the intruders at no additional charge.
